2011+ F-150 says return half of front end weight lost due to trailer tongue weight. Rear is what it is. I would still go for closer to 100% front weight restored because I know the rear axle rating for those max tow package trucks is a little low.
Measure the height off the frame at front and rear of trailer to determine levelness. Sometimes the body can make it appear different. It does appear to be slightly nose high. If so, drop one hole on the shank.
