What does a Ford van rim have to do with this? And your Dodge rims have about a 45mm positive offset so different than the Ford rims.
The mysteries of what you’re trying to figure out here are not understandable.
Oh and 17” LT tires are as common as ever in the US and Canada. Can’t speak for Mexico.
