No lemon but the run of the mill RV/mobilehome issues.
The RV trailer industry is a spin off from the house trailer ( mobilhome ) industry. If fact some mobilehome mfg had RV lines thay ran when the mobilehome sales were slow.
This industry in many cases pays min wages or just above. If the mfg doesn't do piece work then they have may have a quota to meet based on so many parts for a 8 hour shift. If you make quota in 7.5 hours you get to go home and still be paid for 8. If you make your quota in 8.5 -9 hours you get paid for 8 hours.
Plant mgrs are very inventive in getting the most production from the least amount of hours AND at the lowest wages possible.
Many trailer mfg size their axles/tires and wheels per the loads they carry.
Example;..... a 7800 GVWR TT may have two 3500 lb axles and tires and wheels to match. The mfg figures maybe 700-1000 lb hitch weight so the 3500 lb axles/tires/wheels they figure works fine.
