If it is neat and clean appearing, not covered with advertising graphics, not appearing to be a fire or safety hazard and would not draw disdain from other guests, it will probably be fine. Our policy is we do not allow any rig other than an actual RV that was built to RVIA standards. This allows us to keep out hippie vans, old dilapidated skoolies, box trucks with sleeping bags tossed in the back etc. If it is as you describe, no problem.
