- djsamuelNomadPrefer the campground showers but have used the shower in our camper.
- Matt_ColieExplorer III much prefer the shower in the coach because it is an Oxygenics on a long whip. DW prefers the CG shower if it is included. She like the more hot water for washing hair.
Matt - gboppExplorerRV shower.

Why do you prefer the CG showers? less to clean (in the RV)? - DutchmenSportExplorerWhen we got our first TT we were still using the campground showers. Then came the day my wife came fuming back from the campground shower house and said she was NEVER going to use a campground shower again. We had a shower in the camper and she was using it. And we've been using it ever since. If we do not have full hook-up, I use my blue tote to haul the black and grey water to the dump station. But we've never used the campground facilities again!
What happened with my wife? I've shared this before.
She was in the ladies shower. Only privacy was a curtain. In came a mother with her son (probably somewhere around 7ish, but way to old to be in the woman's shower room.)
Well, that wasn't so bad, after all, there were shower curtains ... Until the boy started flinging back the shower curtains while the ladies were taking showers and then stood there just laughing at them, while the women tried to turn and hide themselves.
My wife yelled at the mother some choice words, got dress and stormed out! That was THE last time we both, ever used the campground facilities for anything!
Have toilet and shower in camper... we use it! That's what it's there for. It's now been more than 15 years ago, and she hasn't changed her mind yet. Yes ... I make a lot of trips to the dump station with the blue tote! - TheSidwellsExplorerRv'ing full time we use the RV shower without question. Once in a while well use the CG shower but maybe once a month or so depending on where were at.
- BB_TXNomadFull hookups - always the RV shower.
No sewer hookup - depends on how long we plan to stay and whether we have grandkids with us or not. - rhagfoExplorer IIIWhen we bought this 5er the intention was to take into full timing. We put o a better wand and don't think twice about it, we see many use the CG showers
- midnightsadieExplorer III look them over real good first. then decide.
