Attaching items to interior walls without drilling

Like hooks, tissue dispenser, those kinds of things.

I was told there is a heat applied method for easy install and removal but I didn't get the details.

I'm trying to avoid drilling holes into the walls of our new motorhome.
  • Can't go wrong with 3m command strips. They are very tough.
  • When using Command Strips, prep the wall per the directions, alcohol wipe and all. If it say press and hold for one minute, do it a bit longer. As Old-Biscuit said above, prep is the key.

been using 3M Command Strips ih the MH and at home since they were first introduced. They are as advertised. They used to make a few of the Command products designed for outdoor use. They work just as well indoors but hold a bit better for larger objects.
  • X2 on what Old-Biscuit said, my experience also going on 10 years and no failures.
  • Command Strips hands down!

Hung lots of different size pictures..small to large/light to heavy in our 5th wheel in 2007.
Traveled all over the USA...and not only are they still hanging. NONE ever fell off the wall

Clean the wall---prep is the key
