As long as you keep a steady pace you can keep traction and no water comes in the trailer. Also the wider (longer) the water crossing the easier (it tends to be shallower). The last few trips there has been no high tide or creek crossing issues. The only positive of California's drought.
Maybe. But, it's salt water. It corrodes everything it touches. That thing was a rusted out mess in a few years.
Not the way I would treat either rig!
