About a mile from one of our favorite campsites. Been there for as long as I can remember and gets repainted every few years by someone.
It's at a really narrow section of dirt road which a camper barely fits through so I think it was originally painted so it was more visible and hopefully avoid ripping the side of your camper on it. Always brings a smile to our faces when we see it and the kids always yelled "Theres the Chief!".
