Awning Identification/Replacement

I have a 2001 Forest River Surveyor 210. The awning fabric is becoming brittle and torn and if I have it out and it rains the water gets inside the layers and fills like a balloon.

I tried talking to camping world to find a replacement but they told me I had to get the tag off the awning... I have looked all over it and do not find a tag anywhere.

Wondering if anyone can lend some guidance.

    My understanding was that tag on the roller was for the hardware and not the fabric.

    Also, you can order the fabric from any one of several places on the internet.

    There is the tag with all the identification and part number that you need right there in the picture. Camping World can order the fabric and install it for you, Maybe, if youare willing to take the chance. Just about any reputable RV dealer can do the same, or if you are able, you can replace it yourself.

    It is an A&E Sunchaser made by Dometic, measure the distance from center to center of the arms, the third photo has the tag that they need, or just tske the trailer to camping world.
