We use ours every time we go camping, if windy weather is coming I usually stow it.ours is manual and only take a couple of minutes to stow. It Sure beats the hot Florida sun or rain falling on me.
We camped Sun thru Wed at 3 rivers S.P. in Sneads, Fl. On Sat nite a big wind came thru the campground and tore an awning off a TT and broke the awning poles,
The unit belonged to the campers son, so I reckon it will be a fairly expensive repair job, or hopefully the son had insurance. It also blew a couple of trees down in the park. Luckily we did not arrive until Sunday PM.
