Unfortunately, even if your cousin would have attempted to stand up against being wronged, her success would be entirely dependent on the "AUTHORITY" to whom she made the report.
If the person who happens to be in charge of that particular forum decides to ignore her, there is nothing more she could do. It's their sandbox and they will run it however they want.
