Only problem with that plan is that then the offended gets to suffer through it all over again.
As does those around the play-back. I believe the answer is with management and any statement that the person "owns the spot" is lame and an excuse to not do anything. Not a place I'd want to stay at. I have had a more caring responses at public parks.
