Great writeup!
There always seems to be a gotcha somewhere in these install instructions. That or something doesn't fit just quite right.
The install instructions for a TigerTrak rear track bar didn't make sense till I called and a tech helped me. On a baseplate, the instructions were OK but two of the longer bolts to replace OEM bolts didn't thread in properly. Buggered the nut plates that are part of the vehicle frame. Luckily I could drill through and use still longer bolts with nuts behind.
The tip about the right sequence for nut plates is very helpful.
