I too have been using Walex Elemonate & Walex Porta Pak in the grey and black tanks for a year now and am quite pleased with the results. I had been also still using a Geo mix of Calgon & detergent when servicing the tanks but have now discontinued it as the Walex seems to do just fine on it's own. :B For those experiencing tank monitoring issues Walex recently introduced a new product called Commando which is used just a few times a year when tanks sensors begin to read inaccurately.
