If so, just that can and will drain the battery over time without the "tender".
And I see no reason to leave it in ACC when not actually required.
Especially not if that will mean leaving the key in the ignition.
If the tender is well designed, it should not drain the coach battery but will the toad. Why take a chance ??
I second the suggestion for an "EMERGENCY" portable battery.
They can be had for about $100 with jumpers, compressor and small inverter. One with LI batteries would be better but MUCH more expensive.
