Through the hanging towels? For real? We've had a few instances where kids were cutting through the site, but a quiet explanation of how it's disrespect full stopped it in it's tracks.
I always told my daughter if she was screaming that she had better be bleeding.
Same thing we told our son. My parents told me if I screamed and I wasn't in immediate mortal danger, I would be! I don't mind when a kids screams because they've been startled or it's like someone dropped an ice cube down their shirt as that's usually just a quick outburst. It's the non-stop that I just don't get. I wonder if the parents just shut it out. We have kids who live in back of us who have a pool. The house is up a small hill behind trees so I can't really see anything, but if I hear "THERE'S A BUG IN THE POOL!" screamed at the top of her lungs any more I'm going to buy some tarantulas and REALLY give her something to scream about! :B
