Are there any other ideas?  I kind of like option 3 but I don't know how loud a macerator pump is and how quickly it would pump 35 gallons of gray water.  The run would probably be about 15' across the sand and then up into the bed of the truck.
Option 3 is the way to do it. I use a 50' hose with mine and pump into the bed of my truck. The 15' is fine.
For 35 gallons, it takes 5-6 minutes. The pump is noisy but not hella loud. It seems louder when you're right next to it, but walk away a little and it isn't terrible.
