You cant dump gray anywhere on the beach, not at any municipal park i've ever been to. Just another point 35 gallons is more than 240 pounds, try pulling that through the sand to the dump station. The left or waste valve side is not always accessible via truck as you might be parked next to someone. So you need to move the tank by hand to the hitch. When dry camping, outer beach camping, conserve is the word of the trip and we do it about 3 +/- weeks a season.

Unfortunately your post doesn't make it clear as to what you mean by "beach camping" - i.e. whether that beach is within an organized campground with it's own dump station facilities or whether you're talking about boondocking on a public beach that has nothing to do with any campground. Obviously in the first case you'd deal with your waste tanks the same way you would if on a campsite - off load into your tote tank that you'd then drag to the campground dump station for emptying & flushing. If you're boondocking on a public beach with no nearby facilities you'd still off load into your tote tank but then the problem would be towing it along public roads to get to a dump facility. In this case I'd use a FloJet Waste Macerator to macerate & off load the contents of the waste tank(s) to the tote tank sitting in the back of the truck so you can then drive to a dump station regardless of where it may be located.

On the Cape Cod National Seashore SC (Self Contained) RV's are only allowed to stay 3 days. This forces you to move & hopefully dump your tanks. BTW - no trailers.

The short answer is, that person had a bladder that fit in the back of their pickup. At the time it was made i was about $400. It did require a macerator pump to transfer the sewage.

Most of the Beach camping on the east coast is highly regulated... at least the one's we have been to and I wouldn't want to test the rules. Not sure what your situation is but we have made it 4 or five days with conserving and had no issues. Never needed to bring a tote. Sometimes when we have a big mess to clean up we will take advantage of the convience station. Some offer honey wagon service's or will have a local contractor that will do rounds through the campground. We have taken advantage of this a few times. If in doubt call the campground beforehand.

Hopefully, cm, you will find a good campsite where no one has dumped his/her grey tank on the ground.

You should be able to go a few days with your holding tanks and then leave the beach to dump both tanks.
