Because, I did not have a torque wrench to re torque the wheel bolts (yes, the trailer is that old.) I know that you spin the drum, not spin the wheel.
Sorry, time to get a torque wrench!
I would have disassembled that wheel and inspected the bearing, the bearing and /or the grease could be burned.
