Personally, I would dump the mattress completely and get a new one, and then I would hire a professional to have the RV funigated and it is very easy to transfer them into your house so you might want to have the house fumigated also. I know that DDT was the only thing that would kill them, but finding DDT is impossible now. Sorry for your trouble.
