I still say building a lite temporary wood frame and enclosing with 4 mill polly and heating to the necessary temperature would be a easy and effective way of killing all the bugs and their eggs. I work construction and polly enclosures are common when brick laying in cold climates and easy to erect or of course if you have shop stall big enough even easier. JMHO
I also agree find out for sure if you have bed bugs first before you do anything.
