Bee's in confined compartment

Have a interesting problem. Bee's have built a hive in a compartment that houses the water pump and water filter. They went in at the water fill vent line the factory never hooked up. The only way to access this compartment is a panel on the inside of the camper. I will have to get into the compartment to winterize.

The Bee's are not very aggressive and I would like to remove them without killing them. Any suggestions?
  • I'm all for saving wildlife etc. but killing the few bees that are in there are not going to change the world. And I really doubt they are honey bees. I'd spray it and be done with it before they get into more parts of your RV and cause problems.
  • Had bees under floor of storage shed........

Got in touch with local beekeeper. He was thrilled to come and retrieve the hive.

Bees are VERY important...safe them if at all possible

Young new hive is easy for beekeepers to deal with.

    Mine had 7 combs......
He smoked them detached the combs, set them in frames slid them into box.
Taped off entrance, set box next to it and waited until sunset then packed up.

    This.

If they are not honeybees, get an exterminator.
  • Are they honey bees, wasps, mud daubers, or some other flying insect? Bee keepers will work with honey bees, not so sure about wasps and other flying annoyances.
