Below Bunk Lighting

We recently purchased a new TH, Voltage 3950. In the garage, my son sleeps in the top bunk and we use the bottom dinette for eating meals and homework. The dinette stays pretty dark with the top bunk down also. Looking for ideas to light up the area...whether something to plug in or wire up. Thanks for any input.

Because they are on a movable bunk, I will probably be doing a white LED strip from Amazon (LED Wholesalers), with a 120v-to-12v LED power supply, and dimmer. $60 and it may work. Should get the parts in on Friday, I can post pics later.

    Thanks,

  • Why not just go with battery powered LED fixtures. I put some in all of my overhead cabinets that come on whenever we open up a cabinet door. LEDs take small amount of amperage so the AA batteries last a long time.
