Best Camping World By Long Island?

Can you guys give me an idea on the size of the Kingston Camping World Store itself? Is it like Walmart size?

Isn't "best CampingWorld" an oxymoron? ;-)

If you are looking for a foam topper, etc., it is easier and much cheaper to get a regular queen size at Wal mart or Target and just cut 6" off of the end.

Thanks for the update. We wouldn't be looking at campers, only interested in looking at the accessories to whet our appetite for the upcoming season. Less than two months to go!!

We might be hitting the Kingston CW soon. Can anyone give me an idea of the size of the place? Is it like the size of a walmart? Is is like the size of a bedroom? lol

Why not combine it with a weekend trip...maybe when the weather gets a titchy bit nicer.

I know there's an RV show in Suffren next weekend so I'm trying to see if we could hit CW and the show on the same day. Sure, we could go when it's nicer but we'd like to go now to at least get in some kind of camping experience in the offseason. Something to keep us going. lol

As for Walmart, yes they have a small selection of camping stuff here but I wonder if Walmarts around the country are different. They don't have specialized accessories like step stabilzers, only things like rv toilet paper, rv antifreeze and a few small items.

How big is the accessory section in the Lakewood NJ and Kingston NY Camping Worlds? They HAVE to be bigger than what's here on Long Island. The biggest accessory place here on Long Island is about the size of a living room.

We're really interested in getting some sort of foam topper for our mattress.
