which grill is the best depends on your style of cooking and the types of food you like to grill .... in thinking about this thread I've decided to remove our Weber charcoal grill from the camper's basement, its been a couple of years since it was used .... since late '01 we've been using a Holland Companion Gas Grill .... for folks who prefer slow cooking, its impossible to beat .... I've made two improvements to the grill .... first, replacing the Holland regulator with a Go-Anywhere® Valve and Regulator, with it we can sear a steak, then slow cook it.... second, adding a Smoke Daddy as can be seen in 4th picture in this link .... which allows us to cold smoke things like cheese; as well as, hot smoke anything that will fit in the grill .... it is solid stainless and is built to last
