Best option to extend the hitch under my camper?

I'm finally ready to spend the money it will take to extend the hitch under the extended back of my Camper. I know my local Eckhart shop wants $1000.00 dollars to build me a removable 10K lb. ...

It's bolt on but more of a pain to take off & put on & store, so that's another thing to consider.
