Best option to extend the hitch under my camper?

I'm finally ready to spend the money it will take to extend the hitch under the extended back of my Camper.

I know my local Eckhart shop wants $1000.00 dollars to build me a removable 10K lb. rated set up for under my set up.
I do think that includes the trailer control & everything else involved.

Do I really need to spend that much?
That being asked, Yes, I do see wanting to be able to pull that sort of weight.

Looking for options?

Thanks in advance.

Torklift SuperHitch can easily do what you're looking for. They have various lengths of extensions rated for your needs. I had Torklift on my 1996 Dodge and my 2006 Dodge Megacab.

OK was there any plus or minus from it from what you say & what did you pay?
That just mounts the the factory hitch mount right?
Eckhart tries to tell me how those are bad & always crack & showed me how mine already has a minor crack in it..

Just makes me wonder would I have to replace that as well & then what will it cost vs trashing it all & going with eckhart?

    EDIT:
I'm looking at their site right now & will call them on monday.
