Best part of camping-meeting the new neighbors

I don't mind neighbors, as long as they don't want to become BFFs. A friendly conversation is nice from time to time. Like this; Where you from? Woods. What you eat? Berries and stuff. Any kids? Yea but don't mess with them. Got any hats? What, are you stupid?. Nice talking to you. Bye.

That is really cool! I have always wanted to see a moose in the wild.

I would be happy with her as a neighbor.

I was thinking to myself when I read the title of your thread that the best part of camping for me was not having neighbors.....lol, obviously it makes sense now :)

The only problem with the OP was that the first IMG tag apparently got cut off when it was copied. Otherwise, you wouldn't see the URL at all.

Yes it is a very wet moose!
We actually have seen 7 in just one week pus a mother and her calf.

I've flown to Alaska several times, and driven around in some of the northern states. But, I've never seen a moose in the wild. I've seen bear,....from a safe distance. But, I will not camp where there's bear.
