Best platform to park on (for tires)

There is another thread about parking the rv on grass, wood, etc... But I was wondering is there any "scientific" proof of which is better? I currently use 2 by 8 wood planks, but with us hopefully upgrading to a class c this year, I was wondering what would be best

x2 / There may be other issues that will make YOU feel better but they won't help your tires. Air them down 10 lbs. and keep them out of puddles for long term storage. Short term storage even that doesn't matter. The more often they "roll" the better they'll like it.
  • I never worry about my tires because I change then every 6-7 years.
I never worry about UV rays on an RV any more than on my passenger car.
Concrete, asphalt, grass, dirt, gravel, wood, even in water doesn't concern me. After around 5-7 years you will notice cracks in some tires and that is an early warning signal for me to check on tire sales.

We see alot of those open type high metal carports around here...

Apparently they go up pretty easy...
