Best Sewer Hose

I left my Rhino extreme hose in the bumper of the TT I just traded in :S

It's worked great for.. years.. less than ten but more than 5...

The question is what should I buy.. Viper or another Rhino Extreme.. or is there something else out there that's better... ?

Aside from the brand issue .. I'm inclined to buy two.. 10' lengths... What do you think is the best lengths to have?.

Thanks in advance for your input..
  • We've only been RVing since about 02. Thrown away a lot of sewer hoses and water hoses. Lots of pinholes from rusty springs, birds, mice. Lots of torn hose around fittings etc. Been babtized more than once because of defective or worn hose etc.
We've had the same Rhino, since 09, I think, maybe 08.
I've had the end get loose but simply tightened back up. No babtisms etc. Probably time for another Rhino.

Since you liked the Rhino Extreme you might as well stay with it. I like the idea of 2 ten foot sections. That way you can use one or two and replace one at a time as needed. I would also carry a spare ten for long runs.

I like the 20' idea too.
Do they sell the Rhino Extreme in a kit with 2 ten foot sections?
I was looking around today and only found the regular Rhino in that configuration.

  • Get what has worked for you and I would go with no less than 20 feet.
  • I use 1 1/2 inch flexible pvc and the sewer solution. Neat, clean and very durable.
