Dry tongue weight of 720 will likely be more like 850-1000 lbs (could even be more) when loaded, depending on how it's loaded and especially where and how full the water tanks are. Those dry weights tend to not include LP, battery, or options, btw.
The Equal-i-zer worked well for me. I set it up myself, and I've read that setup is easier than for a Reese. No holes to drill, for one thing. There's a reason the Equal-i-zer hitches have been in use for a long time... they work.
