I've had the same #1000 EAZ-Lift WD setup for over 18 years and 2 different trailers and it's been working fine for both of them..
The first one was a #5000 GVWR Prowler Lynx with about #650 TW or so.
The second is my current #7000 GVWR Rockwood with about #850 TW or so.
Estimated weights for the most part, but I pack heavy and carry full water, so I just figure I'm at GVW on the trailer..
You can't really go wrong with any of the brands and styles of WD hitches.. They all do what they claim and they all only work as well as they are setup, so if you can set them up correctly for your combo, it'll be the "best" for you... :)
