beware adventure rv
I've had a terrible time with a parts order. It seems there are NO humans that can assist you. No telephone assistance and a looping E-Mail system. Good luck with this company. Do your homework and be careful.

(865) 429-3698 - I've had good luck ordering and receiving stuff from them, but I also have never needed Customer Service. Maybe Customer Service is the problem.
- I have ordered parts from them before and did not have any issue but I did not need cucustomer service.
- Interesting. Just 2 weeks ago, I bought a new power hitch jack from them. The purchase went very, very smoothly. I ordered with the most standard shipping rate. Didn't need it over night, so could wait a little while until it arrived.
It still arrived within 4 days.
I had no problem with this transaction, and in the future if I need something and Adventure RV has it cheaper, I will go back. - This story seems to be common...you read/hear about a place that is great and then the next review comes along indicating the place is terrible. In many cases the opposing reviews are accurate. All depends on what day you visit or who you happen to be working with...or so it seems.
