It says to remove the battery from the inside of the door panel for ten seconds to go back to the factory setting. You can only do this from the inside so unless you have a faulty unit it appears it should be secure. JMHO
I did not watch the video. But it appears the OP may have jumped the gun with his post. For the record. I have keyless entry and its great not having to deal with keys
