So sad that Companies are out there that try to cheat you! I had it happen at a CAT service center with a good reputation. I caught them after replacing a cracked coolant fan on my CAT engine and installing it backward sucking heat in instead of away from the engine causing an overheat issue. Never had an overheat issue till I took it there. It took them over three weeks and removing the Radiator and CAC saying they were clogged up(radiator shop said they were in great shape)..... Then when I called them out on it the shop manager said they had just realized that it was put on backwards. Then they tried to charge me for all the labor removing and installing the radiator and CAC. I think not. Be vigilant and don't be trusting, thats the way it is unfortunately!
