A couple of points and answers to your questions:
1) Service (cell phone) provider is Verizon which has very poor service in a lot of the Western states--been down that road before with them!
2) I have a seventy-three page document that has pictures and everything associated with this case. Almost didn't take pixs of the "Cooper Tires" but DW made the suggestion--a good one of course.
3) In the document I sent AMEX, I told AMEX where and who Sporty's To Go could contact in Las Vegas to get their "Cooper Tires". The response back to me from AMEX was that if Sporty's had any interest whatsoever in getting their tires back, they (AMEX) would be more than happy to pass that information on. Also, the Ted Wiens tire dealer in LV has agreed to warehouse these tires (all six)until the end of next month ( Sept)--more than reasonable I think.
4) Contacting Flying J/Pilot. I was about ready to do that but when I went to their corporate web site, I was stunned by not only the number but the nature of the horrible comments people have been making about their (both Pilot and Flying J)truck stops/service centers. The negative comments go on and on. I figured that if they have this many problems, they could care less about a small operation in Beaver UT. I may change my mind!
5) I am however going to--as someone suggested---sent my research document to both MotorHome and Trailer Life. They might just want to do a "scam of the month" feature.
Thanks again for all the comments.
