My credit card company DID NOT pay these crooks. I have been fully credited for the original purchase of $4,042.37--with an offer from AMEX to have this place come get their G.I.T.I tires from a Las Vegas tire dealer---which the people in Beaver have shown no interest whatsoever in pursuing.
Maybe I haven't presented the case clear enough--this was out and out fraud, misrepresentation of a product or service and endangerment which may have resulted in injury or lose of life and signing a document under false pretense. Sort of says it all.
