Maybe I haven't presented the case clear enough--this was out and out fraud, misrepresentation of a product or service and endangerment which may have resulted in injury or lose of life and signing a document under false pretense. Sort of says it all.
No you presented your case very clearly. As is typical on the forums, some who respond refuse to read the preceding comments and then interject nonsense that has already been discussed/answered.
