I agree ,you were just making a point. Its doubtful the vendor will appeal, but its sure possible.
IMO people should educate themselves about tires, especially with Rv's .If he was educated about his motorhome tires at least about the ply ,and rating, they wouldn't have been able to sell him underrated tires.
