Bicycle Safety
How do campers with bicycles protect them from thieves? The CG we are in has had four bikes stolen this Summer. A good, thick chain with lock doesn't seem to work. Thanks for all ideas. Betsy.

A thick chain is the best. Nothing will stop an electric grinder but a chain will make it more difficult because the links move around.
We always stay at commercial campgrounds, mostly in the Midwest, and have never had anything stolen and we take our bikes everywhere. Maybe nobody wants heavy electric bikes.
Let us know what campground had the bikes stolen so we can avoid it.
