In EUA go to a MARINE HARDWARE STORE like WEST MARINE. Purchase 5/32" or 3/16" stainless steel cable. Also at regular ferreteria a special padlock that hides the clasp, the bolt. No bolt cutter that I have ever seen can cut a stainless steel cable not even a 48" $300.00 Rigid cutter. A los dos paises tiene cabrones uñados. Lo siento mucho.
