The 15 trashiest spring break destinations revealed (and Florida did NOT top the list!)....The trashiest destinations for spring break revelers have been revealed, and surprisingly, Florida came in third.
Las Vegas topped the list, with South Padre Island, Texas coming in second; followed by Daytona Beach, Florida, according to the website Coedmagazine.com.
The rankings are based on the number of Hooters restaurants, tattoo parlors, liquor stores and strip clubs; as well as the percentage of bars with liberal closing times, and laissez-faire open container laws.
