Birds tapping at rear RV windows . . . advise please.

Is this something to worry about or what? Yesterday, DW complained about a small brownish bird with a yellow crown first hitting and then "tapping" at our RV's rear windows. Well, folks it's morning...

He's in lust and see a rival that no matter how much he pecks just won't go away. My wife had a little bird that would attack her passenger side rear view mirror for hours on end, she covered it with a wash cloth and problem went away.
