new taps

I've changed both my kitchen and bathroom fixtures purchased from Lowes with no difficulty. I would like to change out the shower fixture now but have had no luck finding a residential one that matches the RV one. Has anyone managed to find a match for the shower?

Except you might have to drill a hole or two. Just replaced ours from a dual handle to a single one with side sprayer and there was no center hole so I had to drill one ... just the two side holes were there.

Any kitchen tap will fit.

Remember to take DW along so she is happy and be sure you know how many holes you have to work with. (Most are 3 but some need 4.)

I did that and it is one of the best things I did to the coach.

Left = original faucet , Right = gooseneck faucet linky. Black aerator is for a water filter.

We replaced our kitchen faucet with a really nice one from Home Depot. Everything worked out just fine. We like the new one! Very nice.

You may need to get adapters to match the faucet to the RV plumbing. I changed my kitchen faucets and needed adapters.

Generally, bathroom fixtures are on 4" centers and kitchen ones are on 8" centers. I've changed the bathroom ones in both my trailers. Easy - not even a 1-beer job.

I switched out both my kitchen taps as well as my bahroom taps with ones from Home Depot and a local plumbing store. Added a sprayer to the kitchen one - had to drill a hole for it, but it worked out fine. When you winterize, make sure you get the antifreeze up through the spray head too - don't ask me how I know..... :)

Taps/Faucets - same thing. We Brits call them taps. :)
