To the man at the Quartzsite South LaPosa dump station this morning with the brown 5th wheel, white Chevy pickup, CA plates : GET A HOSE. YOU STINK AND YOU'RE MAKING A MESS!!!

Actually, you need to report him to the volunteers at the pay station or the one watching just to the west of the dump station (they check for the tags to make sure we paid). We'll keep an eye out for him!!!! Eeeeuuuu!!!
