2 years ago, we were leaving the northern California Redwoods, heading northeast towards Oregon on a windy road when I noticed 4 or 5 cars behind me, so I found a spot to pull over. But then more and more cars and trucks were coming, so I had to wait awhile to get going.
Soon, 4 or 5 cars were lining up behind me again, so I pulled over again, and waited...again.
After that, I said forget it.
Maybe that's what happened to this guy.
