Yeah, I don't understand all the figures that are being tossed about. I do better than the conjecture with a 2007 Tundra (381 hp at sea level) pulling an 8400# 5er up I-70 from Dillon, Co to the Johnson tunnel. That's 2 miles of 5% followed by 7 miles of 7% ending at 11,158'.
