Black Spots on underside of Awning - How to Remove?

Our TT is only a little over a year old, and we never roll up the awning when wet. Still, we have a lot of black spots on the white underside of the awning. My wife has tried a few cleaning material...

The Mr Clean sponge is the easiest way to clean those spots, no mess at all. However I have sprayed Tilex on my awning rolled it up for 20 minutes. Unroll spray off with hose, works great. Do not get Tilex on your paint.
