- allen8106ExplorerSpray Tilex on top and bottom, roll awning up for a 1/2 hour. Roll the awning out and spray both sides down with water. I use a mop with a foam head on a few stubborn spots. Usually comes out sparkly clean.
- Andy_FExplorerI use Purple Power diluted and sprayed on any soiled spots. For my soap I have always just used the Camco RV wash and wax that I use on the TT fiberglass. I also am pretty meticulous about opening my awning after any rain at home to keep it dried out. That makes a big difference along with cleaning it off with a dry extendable mop at the campsite before we depart for home. I've had folks tell me in amazement at campsites that my awning looks like it is brand new.
Our next rig, probably a Class A motorhome when I retire in 8-10 years, will have a metal wrap so the awning stays dry when it's rolled up. - Heiny57ExplorerTotally awesome and long handle brush with raincoat
- bankmule66ExplorerI have had good results using awesome by spraying on then roll up for 29 minutes or so then use car wash type long handled brush lightly then rinse off.
- TerryallanExplorer III have used Awesome, and Clorox II with good results. Thing is. Unless you can put the RV under a cover of some sort, The awning is going to get wet and stain. Yes it will do it even if you make sure it is dry when you roll it up. Awning wick rain water all the way thru the roll. So you may want to unroll it every once in a while to let it dry.
Only real way to keep it dry in storage, is to cover it. - rbpruExplorer IIWe have cleaned ours with soap and water and it looks fine till it rains. The water and I dirt gather in the low part of the roll and leave bars across the awning when unrolled.
- RavensFan24ExplorerI used a combo of the bleach spray, rolling up the awning to let it soak and then cleaning off the excess with the magic eraser and then rolling it up again to let that sit and then rinse and let dry. It went from having a lot of gross spots on top and bottom to looking almost like new again.

I used my pressure washer - Community AlumniMrClean Magic Eraser, been using it for years!
- GoPackGoExplorerI absolutely will not use bleach on mine. Bleach really is a strong product, even diluted.
