Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not uncommon for other water use sources to be connected to the black tank rather than the gray. Two reasons for this is firstly to try and balance the storage load between the two tanks and secondly to insure that adequate water is getting to the black tank. If the toilet valve holds the back flow, which I doubt because of the pressure, another waste water source is likely to do the flooding. As an example the outflow of our vanity in our head is plumbed to the BLACK tank.
